A retired Military Veteran of 25 years, Nate continues to serve his community through real estate, bringing patience, discipline, and exceptional negotiating skills to every transaction. His extensive experience working with Military PCS moves and complex situations allows him to guide clients with confidence and care.
Nate’s background goes beyond traditional real estate. He helped build homes on Spokane’s South Hill in the early 2000s, giving him hands-on construction knowledge and an eye for quality. From 2006 to 2010, he worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer, gaining a deep understanding of the financial side of the home-buying process and what happens behind the scenes. Licensed as a Realtor since 2009, Nate has experience serving first-time homebuyers, investors, luxury clients, relocation buyers, new construction, land sales, and residential resale—both as a buyer’s and seller’s agent.
Having personally experienced relocation and a contingent sale, Nate truly understands the stress and emotion that can come with moving. After relocating from Spokane to Greenacres with his family, he successfully navigated selling one home while purchasing another—an experience that allows him to guide clients with empathy and real-world perspective. Known for his willingness to help, Nate also maintains a trusted network of local contractors and referral partners to support clients beyond the transaction.
